Short Bio


Coach, trainer, consultant in the field of managerial competence development and so-called soft skills. Author of scientific articles on coaching and management. She spent over 14000 hours in the training room. Has gained business experience since 1999 as the owner of the company, then an internal trainer in a large financial corporation, where she was responsible for organizing, designing and conducting soft and hard training, implementing and examining the competence model, recruitment and selection of employees, coaching, running Development Center processes. Conducts trainings in the field of broadly understood management: change management, situational management, management through competences, management by objectives, talent-based management, coaching management model; self-management over time, generation X, Y, Z management. Develops and implements competency models in both business (financial) and public administration organizations. She eagerly shares her coaching experience by leading Train the Trainer workshops. Actively acts as a coach (over 1800 sessions), conducting sessions for both high managerial staff and individual clients. Certified, international MindSonar® consultant, a tool used to measure the factors of people's thinking styles, supporting the process of coaching, mentoring, recruitment, sales or team building. Management 3.0 Facilitator, the latest concept in management, using the versaitle approach based on the Agile methodology.

Lecturer at two universities: WSB University in Dąbrowa Górnicza, and Kozminsky University in Warsaw.

As a leading trainer, she is substantively responsible for the execution of large development projects for leadership and managerial staff in both the service (SSC) and manufacturing industries.

Education:

PhD in social sciences in the discipline of management and quality science.

She graduated from Management, the Academy of Professional Coaching organized by the Higher School of Business and the Center of Training and Business Psychology in Warsaw, and the Coach Academy organized by the Upper Silesian School of Economics in Katowice.
