Organizational consultant and Agile coach, with vast experience in the Hi-tech industry.
Limor has acquaintance with multiple and different organizations, experience leading change processes, with a wide and creative view and ability to create interpersonal connections that also lead to thorough and lasting processes.
In her past experience, Limor worked for 14 years in building, developing and managing QA, Support and IT teams, as well as holding a Program Management position.
After accompanying organizations to challenge themselves and be more adaptive to change, Limor realized that she needs to continue challenge her own journey and together with Danko founded Ajimeh. With a goal in mind to create an awesome team of creative, open-minded, positive thinkers with great communication and collaboration, who can inspire the organizations they work with to figure out what is holding them back and help them achieve outstanding results.
Limor graduated MBA and management consulting from Haifa University, BA in Economic and Software Engineering from the College of Management.
Limor is a Certified Management 3.0 trainer, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner and Certified SAFe Agilist.
Implemented Management 3.0 practices & mindset in her day to day work with organizations & teams, through Agile transformations.
Limor is married to Amir, and together are running a self-organized team of 3 amazing daughters.
