Lecturer on postgraduate studies (WSB) in Wroclaw and Warsaw; speaker at HR events; author of publications in HR magazines; member of HR associations. She conducts trainings in English and Polish.

CAREER PATH:

Since 2005, she has been practicing in the field of recruitment and selection of employees in international organizations, starting from the position of Recruitment Specialist, and ending with the position of Senior Manager of the Recruitment Department. She was responsible for the optimization of recruitment and HR processes, including onboarding and Employer Branding.

Since 2006, she has been actively supporting development programs by acting as an assessor during the Assessment & Development Center sessions and as a mentor.

Since 2012, CE Training Manager and then Global Training Manager in international organizations. She comprehensively managed the training area and almost 40 internal trainers.

Since 2019 till now, she started working with Starbucks as a Global Training and Development Manager, where she is responsible for the optimization of the training, onboarding and employee development process.
