Alun is a fantastic trainer. - Day 1 started with an EXCELLENT icebreaker. We had personal maps prepared ahead of the course, and we took it in turns to present our maps. The provided a very good basis to consolidate the team upon. - He applied a variety of efficient teaching techniques. - He utilised visual guides (Mural) effectively. - He allowed enough time for participants to ask clarification questions at regular intervals, to ensure that we followed him clearly. - He created safe space for participants to discuss and collaborate in breakout rooms. - He use the training material effectively, and his method made all the topics fall in place seamlessly. - He did not put any participant under pressure. The atmosphere was very friendly and very conducive to learning. - One of the final topics was on celebration, and the use of the Celebration Grid made the subject even more impacting. - Alun used Martie the Monster very well to support the teaching and achieving of Learning Outcomes.

I also really liked the flow of the workshop with presentation and group work, it was very well timed, so I didn\'t feel too tired at any point. And honestly it felt like time just flew by - and that only happens when it\'s good :)

He is clearly a wonderful presenter/facilitator, highly experienced, very thoughtful, and completely capable of relating Mgmt 3.0 ideas to the real world. Short Bio

Alun is the owner at Altogether Agile.

Prior to launching my agile training company, I spent over twenty years in senior managerial and consulting roles across global and UK-based organisations. I have worked as an Agile Project Manager at the Agile Business Consortium (ABC). I’m currently an ABC Assessor, interviewing candidates applying for professional membership. I have also authored some of the AgileBA modules as well as being a part-time visiting lecturer at the University of Westminster.

Having trained over 1500 people, I am committed to providing agile training and professional and agile coaching services. I believe in the power of agile coaching to cultivate resilient teams and organisations, and I am deeply passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals.

I am an Agile Business Consortium Level-4 specialist in agile training, an Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), and a Management 3.0 Licensed Facilitator. I have also previously as a Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master and SAFe 5 Agilist.
