I'm an agile enthusiast who thrives on working with teams and helping them embrace agile values and principles to build better products, faster. I'm one of the leading agile experts in Slovenia with extensive experience in helping organizations to improve their agility through the implementation of Scrum.
After ten years of working in IT, I decided that agile is the thing I want to work with for the rest of my life and started my first agile consulting company. I set up an audacious goal to make Slovenia more agile by helping our companies and the public sector adopt Scrum and become agile. Since then, everything I do is related to this goal.
Every year I organize the Agile Slovenia conference, which is the most popular agile event on the sunny side of Alps.
