I have 15 years in training instructional design and delivery. I have been in a management position and/or a leadership position for 20 years. I am a lifelong learner and passionate about helping others to become the best that they can be. Leadership skills are needed by everyone, no matter what your job title may be. Learning these techniques and how to use the tools in Management 3.0 are key to successful leadership today and in this new ever evolving world. It's not how to get the most out of your employees, it's how to inspire your employees (I prefer teammates) to want to contribute, to grow, to care and to enjoy what they do and who they do it with. Most of us spend more time at work (even when that is from home) than we do with our families and friends. What if our teammates became family or at the very least very good friends? What if we were all treated with respect and appreciation for all of the talents we have to share? What if you don't have a job, but something you love to do (most days, let's face it we all have those days...) and get to do? It's not a job. It's not a career. It's who I want to be and gives me the room to grow to become even more. That is the type of "workplace" I want everyone to have the privilege of going to each day. Management 3.0 can help to get you there. I'd love to the be one to share this with you.
