I have 15 years in training instructional design and delivery. I have been in a management position and/or a leadership position for 20 years. I am a lifelong learner and passionate about helping others to become the best that they can be. Leadership skills are needed by everyone, no matter what your job title may be. What if we were all treated with respect and appreciation for all of the talents we have to share? What if you don't have a job, but something you love to do (most days, let's face it we all have those days...) and get to do? It's not a job. It's not a career. It's who I want to be and gives me the room to grow to become even more. That is the type of "workplace" I want everyone to have the privilege of going to each day.
