With 21 years of experience in the IT area in highly restrictive environments, workingctly with Public Agencies managing different areas such as Support, Help Desk, Infrastructure and Systems Development. He also acts as a trainer, agile coach, speaker and consultant.
Fascinated by Lean and the Cynefin framework, he has been engaged in helping to clarify the best ways to take advantage of all the potential that this versatile framework has to help people and companies not to tear up their money.
