Short Bio
I truly believe that our capability to work and live well comes from within. My mission is to enable people in finding that out for themselves.
Trained on a variety of approach and metodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Management 3.0, NLP, ICF Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, Experiential Training, I integrate all of the them along with Neuroscience contributions in each consultant and training activity, held both in italian and english.
I have been working with several clients, from small companies to multinational and national corporations such as Trenitalia, Pfizer, Takeda, P&G, AXA, Sony, Fiat, Peroni, Ruffino and so on. I have also collaborated with Fondazione ISTUD Business School (Milan) and MIB School of Management (Trieste). Main Area of expertise:

Co-author of “Formazione Esperienziale: istruzioni per l’uso” (Franco Angeli, 2012) and “Small Techniques” (Franco Angeli, 2013). Thanks to my passion and knowledge in the wine world (Licenced Sommelier) on 2007 I have developed an innovative experiential training programme named “FormAzione DiVina" (www.formazionedivina.it) where wine is used as an experiential training metaphor.
