Short Bio
My name is Agata. I am an experienced media professional. I have over 20 years of experience in business and Project Management in the fields of media, advertising, PR and marketing. I worked as a TV producer, I used to be on the clients’ side, and I have been running my own company. I had a chance to meet different business perspectives and experience all modes of management, so I know Management 3.0 is the right choice!
I am a passionate and effective Approved Trainer of AgilePM, PRINCE2 and Change Management at #Inprogress. I am an Agilist by heart, helping people to create more effective and happier working environment. I also appreciate calm discipline of PRINCE2 approach in some projects. I am an enthusiastic Facilitator of Management 3.0, happy to share my practical experience.
I have a knack for written word. My last book is about exciting times when Polish advertising was born, and people were Agile already, without realizing it. My next book will certainly be about Management 3.0 !
When I am not helping people to create happier working environment, I travel, sail and read books about Latin America.
