事業戦略コンサルタントとして、様々な業界のお客様の経営課題に対する戦略立案と実行のプロジェクトを数多く手がける。その後、外資系製薬会社にて経営企画や人財開発領域の変革に携わった後、スクラムマスターに転身する。CRMやデータプラットフォームなどテクノロジー開発のチームに加え、マーケティングチームや営業サポートチームのビジネスアジリティ向上に取り組む中で、スクラムチームのふりかえりやチームビルディングでManagement3.0を実践してきた。自身が管理職としてチームマネジメントをした経験やスクラムマスターの経験から、アジャイルやスクラムを広めることにIKIGAIを感じ、スクラムマスター認定研修のCo-Trainerとしても活動している。

As a business strategy consultant, I have supported clients in various industries by planning and implementing strategies to solve their management challenges. Moved to pharmaceutical industry and experienced corporate level strategic planning and learning transformation, and then became a scrum master. As a scrum master, I contributed to develop high-performance team which includes both technology development and business agility like marketing. I have applied many practices from Management 3.0 in actual retrospectives and team buildings for scrum teams, and truly understand how powerful they are. Through my experience as a people manager and scrum master, advocating agile, scrum, and agile leadership is my IKIGAI. That brought me to become a Management 3.0 licensed facilitator and also a scrum master co-trainer.
