I am responsible for client management, customer relations, public relations, writing, community building, workshop facilitator, and translation services for a company that supports organizational change.
I spoke as a guest lecturer on cross-cultural communication at an Indonesian university and on trends in education within the Japanese education system and pandemics at a Malaysian university in a webinar.
I also speak at organizational development community events on community building.

In my personal business, I use my coaching skills to teach Japanese online, including to children. My students range from Hong Kong, Malaysia, Canada, Yemen, and Brazil.
In particular, my main focus in children's lessons is to provide Japanese language support for preschoolers.
