Short Bio
I am an Agile Coach, Trainer and Facilitator.
Since 2003, I fulfilled several roles within the ICT, these vary from Developer, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Development Manager and Coach.
This professional background and these various experiences allowed me to understand that the main challenges are not only technical ones but that the real key to personal and professional development is in the communication and interactions between people.
In 2017, I joined EVS Broadcast Equipment as an Agile Coach, helping and facilitating their Agile transition and adoption of Scrum and SAFe.
My areas of expertise include Coaching, Leadership, Change Management and Training.
In addition, I also have these in my certificate drawer: Certified Scrum Professional (Scrum Alliance), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Prosci Change Manager, NLP Practitioner and Management 3.0 Facilitator.
Today, I focus on what I do best: coaching individuals, teams and organizations, helping them achieve their goals, increase their energy level, find meaning in what they do and move towards greater personal fulfillment and well-being.
Passionate about Yoga and his lifestyle, I currently live in Liège, Belgium, with my beautiful wife and two wonderful sons.
