Hello i am Xavier, i am an Agile Coach, facilitator and trainer and my goal to help individuals, teams and organizations to get the most out of their situation.

As a former professional Basketball player (despite my size...), I attach a lot of importance to teamwork but also to personal development within the team, as both aspect are being crucial and inseparable to the success of any project.

Working with "corporate" teams for more than 10 years, i've been part of teams since my childhood as i've been playing basketball for more than 30 years, at all possible levels in Belgium. In my day-to-day, i try to combine the experience i gained in of both worlds, sport and corporate, to bring my energy, my sense of humor and my skills to build, develop and improve the way team members and team of teams interact with each other.

Agile & Scrum trainer, i have been coaching and training dozens of teams and i am always amazed by how people can achieve great things when empowered and given the chance to self-organize and make decisions that matter.
