I started my professional career in Law, but I soon realized that my passion was People Management.
I have worked for over 10 years in multinationals inin the areas of talent development, training, specialized recruitment and coaching.
About 3 years ago, I started my journey in Agile, with certification in Scrum Master. Since then, I realized that there was a new world full of new ideas and ways of working, where people were truly valued. And I never stopped learning.
I continued to develop knowledge and become certified in Scrum and Kanban frameworks, but also in matters related to Agile People, HR Agile, Agile Coaching and OKR's.
I also started to develop research work in partnership with some Universities in Portugal, on the connection between AGILE (its values, principles, and work methodologies) and Happiness at Work (which led me to obtain the Chief Happiness Officer Certification, of Woohoo Inc.).
For me, Agile and Happiness at Work are the perfect match when it comes to a new form of management, both for business and for people.
The creation of organizations where it is possible to work with the tools that allow achieving more efficient results, together with the best practices that provide happiness and well-being to employees, is the perfect combination, for exceptional results, based on sustainable relationships.
My purpose is to help people and organizations to be more agile and happy, in order to achieve excellent results, and this involves sharing knowledge, innovation and new learning.
