Josip Bošnjaković is a certified NLP Master trainer, coach, certified Management 3.0 facilitator and consultant for all Persona Global programs. In addition to working as a consultant, for the last 7 years he has been the owner of the company BRIDGE Communications from Novi Sad and works on business development and the creation and implementation of training programs in Serbia and abroad.

Areas of expertise that Josip has are: communication trainings, development of potential of young leaders, preparation of experts for transition to managerial positions, leadership trainings, presentation skills, motivation and consulting services when starting a start-up.

In his experience so far, he has designed and led several projects of various training programs through over 500 days of training in Serbia, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Slovenia and other countries.

Prior to his coaching and consulting career, Josip had 8 years of experience in sales, marketing and leading people and teams through positions in several domestic and foreign companies.

He describes himself as a creative who has also worked on web projects with modest knowledge of CSS, php and once Action Script.

Josip has a BA in economics. Creativity, consistency and flexibility are the features of his approach to training.

He is the author of the book "Change the rules of the game" and the Manual for work in youth education.
