As an agile product leader with more than 8 years of experience in product creation, I found that empowered and motivated people create the most successful products. As head of product for two organizations, I've facilitated agile processes, the scrum framework and management 3.0 practices.

As a mentor to scrum masters, I've been a proponent of agile management practices, such as moving motivators, kudos cards, and many more.

With Management 3.0, I am aiming to help Israeli product owners, scrum masters, developers and any other members of a company to gain agility as leaders, not just at the development team level, but as an organization. I found that can't be done effectively and efficiently without the managers of the organization buy-in.
