I'm an officially licensed Management 3.0 Facilitator and a Management 3.0 Community founding member with extensive experience in building agile systems and creative organizations in the VUCA world, bringing around 7 years of relevant experience in the roles of Business Agility Navigator, Enterprise Agile Coach, UX Expert, Lean Startup Entrepreneur, Head of Agile Transformations, Future-Proof Leader and Mentor.
My main focus and expertise are in the Management 3.0 virtues and how to apply them in Agile- and Authentic Leadership styles, Shared Leadership Teams (Senior Management), Agility in HR, designing organizations for continuous Innovation and better Human Experience with unFIX and Agility Flight Levels.
I have broad expertise in agile organizational design, industry knowledge from the gaming industry, banking, insurance, reinsurance, pharma, medical technology, real estate, consulting companies, and startups, and academic knowledge from psychology, philosophy, business economics, literature.
