Short Bio

As a solution-oriented individual who adheres to the power of embracing change, Finn Thieme is an accomplished Agile Coach and Architect and the Founder of Agilizer Academy. The Academy was created to help people learn how to strive in agile and lean organizations.
Throughout his career, Finn has enabled hundreds of professionals throughout dozens of industries in their quest to develop internal reliance within their organization.
To do this, he provides the training and support needed to tackle challenges resulting from the VUCA environment.
Prior to launching the Agilizer Academy, Finn supported several organizations' growth and digital competency throughout his career. Finn managed to shorten his school time in a German Gymnasium by two years before obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Technical University of Dortmund. At the age of 18, in parallel to his studies he founded his first wholesale software development startup, Requapps.
From scaled scrum architecture to eMobility and Agile coaching and training, Finn's professional skills and personal values allowed him to upgrade his career on both technical and management levels.
While working for Compleo (former innogy eMobility Solutions) as an Agile Team Lead, Finn actively designed agile transformations to align their organization with this holistic approach to agile working methods. Powered by his self-determination and fueled with a sense of purpose, sustainability, and devotion to self-organized pathways, he launched his first Agile Release Train. His approach to agile software architecture, significant years of experience, and certifications in agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), software, and organizational architecture. In this environment, he was able to pursue the creation of the Agilizer Academy and the groundbreaking learning platform for the Agilizer Network.
Having worked in and with a wide variety of industries, including automotive and energy, where he participated in significant developments in eMobility charging infrastructure projects, as well as finance, insurance, construction, telecommunications, Finn offers a breadth of insight and expertise that helps drive businesses forward. Designated for agile environments and industries, Finn continues to support organizations striving in the digital age and bringing organizations on their rails.
His current projects include paper writing and training creation and execution while focusing on integrating IT, Business, and Organizational Architecture into agile working models.
