Good mix of lectures and exercises. I\'ve been a software engineer so have been thought about software management for a long time but this course gave me a time to think about better way to work with people. Software can work as I ordered but people don\'t. The facilitator gave us some insights to work with people.

I enjoyed the visual content of the remote facilitation: colourful and fun. He ensured we had regular breaks, he also shared real life examples by story telling related to the subjects we addressed: delegation, empowerment and various challenges he faced. He made the experience very hands on by allowing group work where we would self organize, where the teams could share wins and challenges they faced and how we would potentially resolve them. He also provided us with facilitation tools we could add to our toolbox.
