Agile expert, I help individuals, teams, and organizations to adopt agile practices and live the agile mindset. I promote self-management, autonomy, and accountability of teams in initiatives; as well as the formation of leaders with an agile mindset.
I guide companies towards an agile transformation in their organizational structure, culture, processes, and work tools.
I have 18 years of experience working in the IT and Product Design and Innovation industries; specializing in the areas of project management, process management, and infrastructure. In addition, I have nine years of experience teaching courses and giving conferences related to agile practices and leadership.
