Short Bio
I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional who loves to build lasting connections.
I have lived in multiple countries and am fluent in German, Italian, Spanish and English.
I am a certified Scrum Master (PSM I), SAFe SPC, LeSS Practitioner and of course Management 3.0 Facilitator. :)
My professional experience stretches from the facilitation of trainings and tailored workshops to managing events and supporting and empowering Agile Teams, POs, Scrum Masters and RTEs.
I currently work for a consultancy called New Work Solutions and we offer trainings through the Agilizer Academy.
I am also an active member of the Agilizer® Network, a network of agilists around the world that offers meet-ups and on site events and great collegial exchange.
I continuously seek new challenges and adapt quickly to a changing environment.
