Short Bio
David has been practicing agile since the early 2000s. With his background as a software engineer from ETH Zurich, he has been in many different roles, from development and HR to CEO of KEGON Switzerland. SInce 2016 he works as external coach, consultant and trainer. He brings his vast experience to all trainings he is giving.
His clients are from many different ares - small and large companies. He can bring the true spirit of agile to all organizations he works with, whether he works with teams or consults with executives or on portfolio level.
He uses the tool or framework that fits best to the context, whether it is SAFe, OKRs, Nexus, Scrum, Cynefin, ... and of course with tools from Management 3.0!
As an active member of the agile community in Zurich, he hosts many regular meetups: SwissICT Agile Breakfast, SwissICT Agile HR, SwissICT Business Agility, SGO Business Transformation.
