Short Bio
Deutsche Bio (English see below)
Mein Repertoire umfasst heute Themen wie Agilität, Management 3.0, Lean Startup, Happiness at Work, Blue Ocean Strategy, Feedback als Wettbewerbsvorteil, Stress in Teams, erfolgreiche Arbeitsplatzkultur.

English Bio
Since I began my career as a consultant more than 25 years ago, I have seen a number of poor management decisions and frustrated employees. When I was in the management role myself, I found that the job was not easy to do. My role models were uninspiring and clueless themselves.
For this reason, I refrained from managing my people and began to involve them. That was the beginning of a long, satisfying and still ongoing search for ways to manage companies and teams in a way that gives all employees a chance to work together on something inspiring and fulfilling.
My repertoire today includes topics like Agility, Management 3.0, Lean Startup, Happiness at Work, Blue Ocean Strategy, Feedback as a Competitive Advantage, Stress in Teams, Successful Workplace culture. But in a nutshell, it's always about helping people thrive and grow within the context of their work. My most exciting area of research is how to engage management in the required transformation.

Leading Distributed Agile Teams
Distributed teams are teams whose members do not all work in the same location. But this is not it: A truly distributed team only exists when there is no center, or centers, of work. Stefan Mintert and Jens Thiemann explain, what distributed teams and their challenges are and how to lead distributed agile teams to high-performance.
