Short Bio
Management 3.0 is playing a major role since many years in my work life. We adopted his idea within our organization and continiously changed the system by applying tools and training leadership. All the teams I worked with loved the approach and idea behind it.
In my current role I´m striving for organizational change by helping leadership in changing mindset and adopting to new ways of working. All my learnings are part of the M30 trainings and valuable discussions with people are interested in leading humans, not machines.
