Short Bio
Dr. Harri Emari, PMP is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with a Doctorate of Business Administration Degree (DBA) in Strategic Management and applies his PMI’s Discipline Agile Scrum Master (DASM) Certifications to advocate Digital Transformation for Construction 4.0 through his Quality Project Management Office (QPMO) Methodology.
Since 1999, Harri has experience working with large teams as a Construction Project Manager, Business Developer, Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, and Quality Project Management Officer. He successfully managed over 47 large-scale projects with multinational complex teams and stakeholders.
Currently, Harri works at the SLAC National Laboratory with Stanford University to assure contractor quality by applying his expertise and knowledge to the development of major capital asset projects. Dr. Emari is a part-time professor and an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) Instructor with Project Management Institute (PMI) for Project Management Professional (PMP) and Discipline Agile Scrum Master (DASM) Certifications. He is also certified in over 20 other certifications such as the US Army Corps of Engineers for Construction Quality Management (CQM-C), USGBC LEED Green Associate for sustainability, and Certified Manager for BIM (CM-BIM).
Harri is a lifelong learner and he is passionate to give back to the community and coaching professionals with best practices such as the tools and games offered by Management 3.0. He advocates for Wellness Quality Management through mindful leadership by offering his lessons learned and methodology to improve the "People Domain" and Interpersonal Skills of future Project Managers.
