Luxshan Ratnaravi, best known for being the writer of Comic Agilé, holds an MSc in Software Engineering and is an independent Enterprise Agile Coach based out of Denmark. He’s constantly on a mission of exposing what happens when the good intentions of agile meet the harsh reality of organizational contexts–and making it work.

Luxshan’s professional ambition in life, which has taken him through jobs as, e.g., IT Business Analyst, Product Owner, Release Train Engineer and Agile Coach, is to relentlessly challenge the worn-out habits of organizations, reinforce their purpose and help them continuously improving their practices through the awesome values, principles and practices from the agile space, remembering that agile is just a means to an end, namely increasing the happiness of teams and customers.

Fun fact: Luxshan has freestyle battle rapped in front of 10,000 people at Roskilde Festival and founded a league for pre-written rap battles in Danish.
