Short Bio
I’m Marijan. I work at Adcubum, one of the leading IT companies in the insurance software world. My role there is Scrum Master, but more broadly I’d say I’m an Agile Coach and consultant who just really enjoys working with people.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve gone through quite a mix of experiences. I started in entrepreneurship, moved into sales, and then found my way into consulting. That journey gave me a pretty good feel for how different teams and organizations work, whether they’re tiny startups or huge corporations.
Before Adcubum, I was at Erste Bank and IBM Consulting. I got to work with government clients and some big industry names. Those experiences taught me how to navigate complexity and stay human in places where it’s easy to lose that.
What drives me is pretty simple. I like seeing people grow. I like asking questions that make teams think. I believe in learning all the time and sharing what I know along the way. Coaching and mentoring aren’t just part of the job for me, they’re something I genuinely care about.
I’m certified as a KMP, CSP-SM, PMI-ACP, ICP-ACC, and IBM Agile Thought Leader. But honestly, what’s shaped me more than any title are the people I’ve worked with and the situations I’ve had to figure out with them.
I try to bring energy and perspective to what I do, but I also try not to take myself too seriously. Outside of work, I care about staying healthy, running, keeping relationships strong, and remembering there’s more to life than just Jira boards and retros.
Still, I keep showing up, trying to make a positive dent wherever I can.
