Short Bio
Mutsumi Sugizaki is an Agile Coach.
He started his career as a systems engineer and project leader in the realm of traditional waterfall development. In 2015, he had an awakening and embraced Agile, introducing Scrum to his team. Since then, he has accumulated extensive experience as a Scrum Master and successfully implemented Scaled Agile Framework(R) for large-scale development involving 8 teams and 80 people.
His areas of expertise lie in Agile mindset and management.
Nowadays, as an Agile Coach, he takes pride and finds fulfillment in nurturing, establishing, and facilitating Agile teams for various client companies, while striving to enhance the overall organizational agility.
One of his key weapons to achieve this is Management 3.0.
He is deeply passionate about combining his past experiences with Management 3.0 to drive further success for client companies.
