By education, I am a chemist, and I have led a research chemical laboratory for 6 years. Through my experience, I have seen the benefits that managers in non-IT can gain from modern non-directive management practices — Kanban method and Management 3.0.

As an independent Kanban Coach (KCP Kanban University), I help non-IT companies achieve predictable completion of business-important tasks: customer requests, development of new products, improvements projects and initiatives. I have worked with chemical and pharmaceutical companies, sales, HR, logistics, and small-batch manufacturing.

As a licensed Management 3.0 facilitator, I assist non-IT managers and team leaders in building motivated, productive teams through training in certified Management 3.0 workshops.
