Ever since I can remember, I have been playing, working, growing in teams. I strongly believe that team dynamics can help you evolve in so many aspects and finding the balances within a group of people is a continuous "pleasant" challenge. Throughout my career in startup and corporate environments I realized the importance of efficient communication and collaboration and having the right tools in my arsenal can make a difference.
