Me considero un entusiasta del enfoque ágil. Empecé mi trayectoria hace 20 años en la industria de IT colaborando con equipos de America y Europa para Retail, Healthcare, Payments, Automotive, entre otros.
En todos estos años he sido: “el chico de las computadoras”, sysadmin, DBA, Líder técnico, Coordinador de equipos, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Entrenador y Coach.
Mi verdadera pasión reside en el liderazgo ágil y la capacitación. He tenido el gusto de facilitar cursos, conferencias/webinars, y acompañar a personas y equipos de diversos países de Latinoamérica.
Desde hace algunos años, estoy muy cerca de MANAGEMENT 3.0 porque creo firmemente en gestionar el sistema en lugar de las personas. Me convertí en facilitador acreditado de Management 3.0 para compartir conocimientos y experiencias, y capacitar a otros en esta increíble revolución del management.
En un campo en rápida evolución como es el de la tecnología de la información (IT), el liderazgo se reconoce cada vez más como un factor crítico para el éxito. Si bien las habilidades técnicas son innegablemente importantes, la capacidad de liderar, inspirar y gestionar equipos de forma eficaz es igualmente vital. El liderazgo en IT implica no sólo dirigir proyectos y tareas, sino también fomentar la innovación, impulsar el cambio y crear un ambiente de trabajo positivo y productivo.
Mi taller invita a quienes desean ampliar sus conocimientos sobre liderazgo y adquirir herramientas prácticas que pueden utilizar desde el primer día. Está diseñado para profesionales listos para adoptar los principios ágiles y mejorar sus habilidades de liderazgo. I consider myself an enthusiast of the agile approach. I started my career 20 years ago in the IT industry collaborating with teams in America and Europe for Retail, HealthCare, Payments, Automotive, among others.
In all these years I have been: “the computer guy”, sysadmin, DBA, Technical Leader, Team Coordinator, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Trainer and Coach.
My true passion lies in agile leadership and training. I have had the pleasure of facilitating courses, conferences/webinars and accompanying people and teams from various countries in Latin America.
For some years now, I have been very close to MANAGEMENT 3.0 because I firmly believe in managing the system instead of people. I became an accredited Management 3.0 facilitator to share knowledge and experience, and train others in this incredible management revolution.
In the rapidly evolving field of information technology (IT), leadership is increasingly recognized as a critical factor for success. While technical skills are undeniably important, the ability to lead, inspire and manage teams effectively is equally vital.
