Buenas! Me considero un Agilista. Comencé mi camino en TI hace unos 20 años. Tengo background técnico en Infra y Cloud, pero mi pasión está en el liderazgo ágil.
Desde hace unos años comencé a trabajar con Management 3.0 ya que creo firmemente en gestionar el sistema y no las personas. Me convertí en facilitador acreditado de Management 3.0 para difundir conocimientos y experiencias, y entrenar a otros en esta increíble revolución del Management!
Mi Workshop invita a quienes estén interesados en ampliar sus conocimientos sobre liderazgo y obtener herramientas prácticas que pueden utilizar desde el día 1. Tenemos sesiones que son fáciles de entender, sin vocabulario técnico y accesibles para cualquier persona interesada en este mundo del Management ágil.

Hey! I consider myself an Agilist. I started my IT path around 20 years ago. I come from a technical background in Infra and Cloud but my passion lies on Agile Leadership.
For the last few years I started working with Management 3.0 since I strongly believe in managing the system and not the people. I became a Management 3.0 Licensed Facilitator to spread knowledge and experience, and coach others into this amazing Management revolution!
My Workshop invites those who are interested in expanding their knowledge about leadership and obtaining practical tools that they can use from day 1. The sessions are easy to understand, without technical vocabulary and accessible to anyone interested in this world of Agile Management.
