I have worked as organizational & enterprise coach in different companies almost for 10 years and I have founded my own company "Vina & Co". I am supporting companies and individuals on topics such as agile transformation, leadership development, agile structures via advising, coaching and providing trainings.
I am the Product owner of the most influential Agile community in Turkey "Agile Türkiye". I am leading the community's works and the annual Agile Türkiye Summit organization team which is an event that hosts several worldwide keynote speakers.
