Short Bio
Markus ist seit vielen Jahren in der IT zu Hause und gehört seit 2020 zum Dortmunder Team von codecentric. Im Herzen ein Techie mit Leidenschaft für Software Craft, unterstützt er als überzeugter Verfechter agiler Methoden seine Teamkollegen in Projekten, indem er agile Prinzipien vorlebt und die Teamarbeit fördert. Sein klarer Fokus liegt darauf, Probleme an der Wurzel zu packen und auf organisatorischer Ebene zu lösen. Derzeit konzentriert er sich auf dynamisches Organisationsdesign und ist seit Juni 2024 Partner bei unFIX. Nebenbei engagiert sich Markus intensiv in der Community und ist Organisator von zwei Meetups.
Markus has been at home in IT for many years and has been part of the Dortmund team at codecentric since 2020. A techie at heart with a passion for software craft, he is a staunch advocate of agile methods and supports his teammates in projects by exemplifying agile principles and promoting teamwork. His clear focus is on getting to the root of problems and solving them at an organizational level. He currently focuses on dynamic organizational design and has been a partner at unFIX since June 2024. Markus is also heavily involved in the community and is the organizer of two meetups.
