I am deeply passionate about training, coaching, and project management. Serving as a Board Member at Fundacja Rozwoju Nauki since 2023, I am committed to advancing science and education. My roles as a Skills Trainer at HRMAcademy and Project Manager & Trainer at EITT, along with my work at Brainstream Energising Learning and Asseco Data Systems, have been immensely fulfilling, allowing me to empower numerous individuals and organizations.
At Altkom Akademia and through my own venture, BM Training, I've had the privilege of creating and implementing innovative soft skills programs for companies like ABB, Smith&Nephew, and Global Logic, contributing to their growth and development.
My experience extends over 7000 hours of impactful training in various domains including leadership, management, and customer service. My earlier roles at Alior Bank S.A. solidified my expertise in team leadership and decision-making.
Educationally, I hold PRINCE2 certifications in Project Management and Business Coach certifications, reflecting my commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
