As change manager & pedagogical leader, Carine has worked with key accounts on their projects to transform, optimise and grow their business.

These experiences provided her to understand many work contexts, including sometimes complex environments. She centers her approach on people and is convinced that in many situations, the way we treat communication can make all the difference to the organization, especially in decision-making processes and for the newness acceptance.

Complementary to her role as French leader of the Change and Management consulting business unit, Carine train, facilitate, create content and develop learning paths for an internal academy (inhouse program training).

She is also currently exploring AI and facilitating serious games on the theme of Web 3.0 (metavers, blockchain, crytpo)
