Short Bio
Sandra Kovačević is a passionate consultant and trainer specializing in soft skills integration in management, emotional intelligence in business, team dynamics & company culture in SMEs. With over a decade of experience working with entrepreneurs and managers, she has developed a deep understanding of the challenges of people management and the importance of integrating soft skills into leadership.
She firmly believes that "soft skills" aren't soft at all - in fact, they're the secret sauce to successful leadership, positive company culture, and driving change. That's why she has spent the better part of her career honing these skills and sharing them with others.
Along the way, one of the core principles of Management 3.0, "Manage the system, not the people," provided her with a fresh perspective and became the missing link in her approach to supporting managers in creating healthy working environment.
Through facilitation, practical methods & workshops, she helps leaders cultivate a strong company culture, encourage autonomy, and motivate teams and individuals to grow. She believes that transparent communication, clearly defined expectations but also autonomy, and motivation through support are not just fundamental pillars of a successful team but also the foundation for a company’s sustainable growth.
When not consulting, Sandra enjoys exploring new approaches in management and leadership, continuously learning, and sharing knowledge—and, whenever the opportunity arises, dancing salsa and kizomba.
