With 15+ years bridging technology leadership and organizational development, I bring a unique perspective to transformation work. My journey from leading cross-cantonal IT projects to enterprise-wide transformations taught me: sustainable change happens when you understand the whole system AND engage the people within it.

As a Facilitator3K and co-developer of the "M3K New Fundamentals" workshop, I combine M3K practices with systems thinking to help teams and leaders build capabilities for navigating complexity. My approach? Create clarity without oversimplifying, foster autonomy while maintaining alignment, and develop solutions that fit YOUR context.

I believe in the power of collective intelligence – helping groups see what they couldn't see alone and co-create paths forward that everyone can commit to.
