Nearing his fifties, with a rather calm and dynamic personality, yet giving the impression of being pressed for time, it's hard to imagine that this man was once the quality director of a major Tunisian IT group, a major French multi-sector multinational, and that he has collected the most prestigious certifications in the world of management and IT.
It all began in a family of three siblings, driven by his parents' desire to have a doctor, a lawyer, and an engineer in the family. His share of experience was that of a computer engineer, which he earned after attending Sadiki College in Tunis. The 1997 class was the last to graduate with a Bac + 6 degree; his classmates all chose ENIT, ENSI, and computer science at the time was completely unknown to new students.
Anis started out in the corporate world as a design engineer and then project manager in several IT fields such as security, multimedia, electronic banking, and telecoms.
Anis Khlifi experienced the period of January 14, 2011, in the midst of the Tunisian hurricane. He didn't hesitate to take charge of the HR department at TELNET, an IT company with over 500 employees, the vast majority of whom were IT engineers, in addition to his responsibility for the quality and programs department. It was an exciting time when the entire country was a boiling pot just waiting to explode. It was the perfect position to be ejected after six months to the French multinational SAGEMCOM, specializing in innovative IT sectors.
Once again, the experience ended with a bang after 18 months, as our quality and tools manager was ejected from his position, but this time with a hefty severance package.
The first expenditure of this allowance in 2012 was for ITIL Foundation training and a theater class, during which Anis jumped on a trampoline for the first time.
Anis Khlifi founded his management and business information systems consulting firm, and it was there that he discovered the business world and the organizations that support it through GIZ, the EBRD, USAID, and the World Bank.
In 2019, Anis earned his prestigious ITIL Expert certification, a certification held by only two people in Tunisia and only 2.5% worldwide among those who sought it.
Anis Khlifi developed a passion for certification, which led him to successfully obtain prestigious certifications such as CISA, COBIT5, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor. His involvement in community and politics in Tunisia has led him to associations such as JCI, Atide, and political parties like Tahia Tounes.
With 11 years of experience in consulting, yet always keen on change and advancement, Anis is always exploring new partnerships and associations, but with serious, honest, and ambitious people.
Anis always strives to balance his professional, social, and family life around his two daughters and his wife. Music has also been able to penetrate his life under the name of the clarinet!
