Well prepared, adjusting the pace of the training to the group. The key quality of the facilitator: he built trust in the group and openly told us how he was doing it. For me presonally that is the main thing I learnt on the training - everybody says that trust is crucial in building a self-organizing empowered team, but it remains kind of vague on how exactly trust can be built during short training/workshop. Last week I had an opportunity to watch an experienced facilitator really do it, and that is something you can\'t just get from books or podcasts - you have to be there and see it in person to learn it.
