Management 3.0 and this workshop gives part of the answers to these questions. Workshop will be fun, with good mixture of the theory but as well many practical tools you may want to try out within your own organisation or team.
Who should attend? Anyone who is interested to learn practices that help to encourage self-organizing and increase employee engagement. Originally Management 3.0 was created for software development but has been adopted by all sort of teams around the world. Hence diverse list of participants will mean more interesting stories to tell and learn from!
On first day we will shortly talk about Management 3.0 approach toward management and leadership. We will also introduce and try out some fun practices that can be used in areas of employee motivation and engagement. After lunch we will deep-dive into delegation, empowerment and how to develop competence. Each of three topics will introduce concrete practice that is easy to experiment with in real life. On second day we will talk about restrictions. When allowed people will sure self-organize. But self-organizing can take weird direction in case not guided. Hence we will have a look at how and what kind of restrictions one needs to have in place in order to make sure self-organizing will go toward desired direction. After lunch we will talk about "best form of the organisation" and how to scale organizational structure.
Practicalities. Training will take place in Tallinn. First day from 10:00-17:00 local time and second day we will end latest by 16:00 local time.
Max size of the group is 12 people. Each participant will receive certificate of attendance. Training cost includes lunch and refreshments.
