Description

Join us for a Saturday Morning Coffee to discuss the People Domain of Professional Management!

In this Introduction Workshop, we will discuss how the Happiness Door works as an ice breaker for teams to form in a safe environment and become joyful for better collaboration.

There is extensive scientific research on the topic of learning with a happy and calm mind. The goal of this Introduction Management 3.0 is to demonstrate how practical it is to use the Happiness Door, one of many Best Practices offered by Management 3.0, with some hands-on exercises in a workshop setting that you can apply in your team.

To promote a Quality Culture in our organizations, we must encourage a learning and growth mindset in a Just Culture. If you don't have an approachable smile and happy face as a mindful leader, no one will come forward with their issues, problems, and concerns, especially if they need training and assistance in performing their tasks. To avoid hidden agendas, possible conflicts, impostor syndrome, blame games, workplace stress, and hostile work environments for fostering a positive collaborative team, we need to encourage emotional intelligence through mindfulness and self-awareness to have empathy and compassion for ourselves and others.
