¿Tenemos cosas para decir pero a veces no sabemos cómo ordenar la conversación?

En este workshop de Management 3.0 veremos la importancia de dar retroalimentación de impacto y procesable, así como una forma de superar a menudo la incomodidad de dar retroalimentación de manera constructiva.

¿Que aprenderás?

- Entender por qué es importante dar feedback, y las cinco razones para entender esa importancia.

- Entender los cinco ingredientes de la herramienta Feedback Wrap, y cómo usarla!

- Por qué deberíamos evitar la técnica de feedback sandwich al dar feedbacj,

- Cómo la práctica de Kudos nos puede ayudar a desarrollar una cultura de dar feedback.
