Agile People Leadership Workshops offer new perspectives and tools to help leaders transform. It was very excellent. In the workshop, you will try various management tools, games, and exercises, leading to peer learning through numerous discussions and problem-solving among participants. You will deeply learn practical methods that are useful in such practices.

1st Session: Meaning and Purpose

    When people work with excitement, how can they create businesses with higher purposes, not just growth, expansion, or profit? You will learn about the organization's raison d'être, goals, and fulfillment. Can you express what you feel and control your emotions? What would it be like if you could accurately understand what the people around you think, feel, and want?

2nd Session: Hiring Excellent Talent / Rewards and Incentives

  • Hiring Excellent Talent
    By implementing an effective recruitment process, you can greatly grow your team and further enhance employee engagement. You will learn how to hire talent suitable for your organization, and about the steps and salary formula in recruitment.
  • Rewards and Incentives
    You will understand the difference between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. How to associate people's work and roles with purpose, mastery, and autonomy. You will learn how to give rewards and about the concept of rewards.

3rd Session: EQ (Emotional Intelligence)

  • EQ (Emotional Intelligence)
    You will learn what EQ is and how understanding your emotions can make you a more effective and successful manager or leader.

◆ Reflection (review) sessions will be held between sessions, but participation is optional. After completion, a social gathering is planned.

About the Facilitator

Stefan Nüsperling

Stefan is a trilingual (German, English, Japanese) IT-Professional with more than 10 years of experience in Project Leadership, Change Management, Facilitation and Management 3.0. He worked with multinational enterprises in the fields of Management as well as Agile Software Development in Japan, South Korea and Germany. As a certified Scrum Master, the first licensed Management 3.0 facilitator in Japan and a Co-Owner of Management 3.0 he is keen on introducing Agile Leadership practices to Japanese organizations and believes that it will make their employees happier, the businesses more effective and customers more satisfied which is called "Sanpoyoshi" (benefit for all three stakeholders).
