Practicing the micro-structures from Liberating Structures, you will be able to work as an individual, in pairs, and in groups. The attendees are invited to put into practice the ideas they’ve just learned. Sometimes the attendees play as different roles, retrospect into their personal experiences, and share it with each other. Sometimes they act together as one manager, sharing their thoughts while working on a problem.
Every social activity ends with a debrief and a discussion so that people can relate what they have learned to their own situation, and bring up questions and experiences to be addressed by the whole group.

This workshop focuses on having small groups of attendees, and utilizes visual elements from visual facilitation techniques and presents many exercises and practices for the entire group so you will not get bored or left aside since these exercises will warm the environment and provides a highly interactive session for you.
