You have completed the accredited Management 3.0 Foundation™ training, but would you like to learn even more about using the idea of modern leadership in practice? We have something for you!
During the training you will develop leadership competencies to lead organizational change processes. You will learn how to build a community in the change process, create inspiring and aligned objectives, and define constraints for experimentation with various change initiatives. During the workshop you will experience many practices and games depicting the complex context of changes, and this will allow you to understand how people go through them, minimizing the risk of paralyzing change by the work environment.
The training is intended for:
change agents, agile coaches, Scrum Masters, department/team leaders and managers, organization management board, representatives of non-IT departments such as sales and marketing.
Shortened training outline:
→ People in change (Change Management, Advanced module)
→ Culture of continuous improvement (Success and Failure module)
→ Restart: (re)definition and foundations of OKRs (Metrics and OKRs module)
