Management 3.0 - Foundation Workshop
The Foundation Workshop is an official 2-day Management 3.0 training course.
It provides you with new, agile perspectives on classic management tasks.
In addition to the introduction and derivation of different methods, you will learn practices that you can use directly in your day-to-day management work. We cover all perspectives of Management 3.0 so that you have a context to promote the self-motivation of employees and the self-organization of your teams.
Why Management 3.0?
More and more companies are working in an agile way or are facing a digital transformation. An agile way of working is good and important when it comes to solving complex tasks for which there is no best practice approach and to be able to react quickly to new requirements. The Scrum Guide and agile frameworks define how a (development) team works in an agile way. However, the exact role of leadership or a manager is not defined.</p
With its views and tools, Management 3.0 makes it possible to define the role of leadership in agile contexts.
Target group
Upper and middle management
Team leaders
Project managers and project owners
Product owners
Scrum masters and agile coaches
Personnel developers and human resources/HR
Typical questions relating to Management 3.0 are:
How can we recognize that command & control is no longer working?
How can we prevent a "servant leader" from wearing themselves out?
How can we motivate our employees
How can we change the corporate culture
How can we improve teamwork and cooperation?
How can we get teams to take responsibility?
How can we get managers to trust their teams?
How can we find the right people for our team?
How can we make the company more agile?
Is Management 3.0 right for you?
Yes, if you have realized that highly motivated employees are the most important asset.
