Let us understand why resilience matters. We humans are bound to be faced with difficult times, challenging untrodden challenges, and issues. And at those times, what keeps us going, gives us strength to cope up with stress and hardships is our inner resilience.
Going back to the quote by Sheryl Sandberg, CEO at Facebook. Building resilience is not a choice, and it is also not restricted to our personal or professional lives alone. It is an omnipresent life skill. At every walk of life and at every stage- whether you’re a 10-year-old, or a 70-year-old, being resilient is must.
Resilience is the skill of noticing our own thoughts, unhooking from the non-constructive ones, and rebalancing quickly. This skill can be nurtured and trained. Psychologists define resilience as the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats or significant sources of stress — such as family and relationship problems, serious health problems, or workplace and financial stressors. As much as resilience involves "bouncing back" from these difficult experiences, it can also involve profound personal growth.
But how can an emerging leader build resilient minds? What skillset and toolbox leaders need?

Training delivery
Our training is designed by the training from the back of the room model, using research-backed brain-based adult learning techniques. This highly interactive and engaging workshop will be delivered on Zoom and as tool for group interaction we'll use Miro board. We'll engage in creative team assignments and discussions to learn by doing, and we'll explore several creativity tools.
