Leadership is about expectations and experiences. What is that you want to do to meet and shape expectations of your team members?

My role as a leader in building a high performing team is to understand what type of expectations do I have from my team and what expectations my team has from me. My role is to understand the expectations, shape them and monitor how they are being met. While doing that my role is to ensure I give my team members a positive experience, ensuring they are motivated, engaged and have a space to express themselves. And while I am building the culture, I need to see in which stages of team development is my team and what are some of the functions of my role in each of the stages.

Throwing a group of talented people together doesn’t mean that they will form a great high performing team. Whether you are leading a big or a small project team, you have a huge influence on team development and performance.

Team performance is highly correlated to leader performance, such that when team leaders are more effective, his/her teams are more effective.

Training delivery

Our training is designed by the training from the back of the room model, using research-backed brain-based adult learning techniques. This highly interactive and engaging workshop will be delivered on Zoom and as tool for group interaction we'll use Miro board. We'll engage in creative team assignments and discussions to learn by doing, and we'll explore several creativity tools.
