Lead and grow self-organized agile teams to high-performing teams – with the Management 3.0 mindset and tangible tools.
What does it take to build a high-performing team? With this workshop, which is a follow-up to the Management 3.0 Foundation workshop, you will be enabled to better serve your team as a leader, set up the right conditions for self-organization, and foster growth for both the team members and the team as a whole.
What is it about in detail?
How can you build a high-performing team? This workshop enables you to create the optimal conditions for the self-organisation of your team and to promote both the individual growth of the team members and that of the team as a whole. You will gain insights into numerous practical tools and methods to experiment with your team. These include using the team decision matrix to support the team decision-making process and techniques for giving and receiving feedback constructively. In addition, we will work on a plan to increase satisfaction in your team so that job satisfaction becomes the rule and not the exception.

This interactive online workshop on agile team leadership is highly recommended if you hold any kind of management position.
This may be the classic upper and middle management level, team and group leaders as well as project managers and project owners. From an agile perspective, you are well placed here as a product owner and product manager, scrum master and agile coach. Of course, the topic in the workshop is also something for coaches, facilitators and human resources employees.
Here you will acquire a further building block in the agile mindset with the corresponding skills.

Workshop agenda and times
The total time of the workshop is 8 hours. Please be aware, that our times are Berlin Time (CET). Also be aware of the times. We have full day workshops (8 Hours) or sometimes split into 2x4. You will always see on this course page if the split is in the morning or the afternoon. We try to offer you as much flexibility as possible.

| Worker Happiness | Unfortunately, employee engagement is low worldwide. Employee satisfaction is quite good worldwide. But engaged and happy employees can make a difference! That is why there is an additional module in Management 3.0 that deals with the topic of worker happiness. |
Technical Setup + Learning Academy
We will be full digital an work on our designed Miro Board. You will receive the invite to the board prior our training. For communication we are going to work with MS-Teams. All you need is a headset and a camera, besides your PC of course.
We will provide you with all training materials and invote you to our Nerd Academy. The Nerd Academy is our knowledge hub with a lot of additional material such as videos, blogs, studies etc. This access is lifelong and the content is constantly growing.
