Management 3.0 is a workshop, a course, a couple of books, and a collection of concrete practices, to inspire managers and team members, who face the challenge of transforming their organizations to an agile and lean mindset. We achieve this by providing guidance and practices, and by applying new thinking to the craft, art, and science of management and leadership.
The Management 3.0 Weekend Workshop Course requires a minimum of six people to be held. If enough participants have not signed up within 30 days of the course start date the course is subject to cancellation. Mark will be in contact with all participants who sign up to let you know once the course has been confirmed. Until then, it's recommended not to book travel (or if you do, make sure it's refundable or that your OK with a mini-vacation weekend).
Become a member of the Management 3.0 Community to see behind the scenes and learn how other practitioners apply its principles and practices in the real world.
